Mr. Berman is the founder of Gilad Berman law firm. Prior to founding the firm he acquired many years of experience in leading law firms in Israel. Mr. Berman specializes in civil litigation involving insurance law, torts, maritime transport and aviation law, real estate, corporate disputes and international law.
Mr. Berman performs as a leading Arbitrator and Mediator in civil
disputes and mediation proceedings.
Mr. Berman is active in various Israeli BAR committees, the Israeli Ethical Tribunal, and he regularly lectures at workshops, seminars and academic institutes.
Born in Tel-Aviv, Israel, Mr. Berman received his LL.B. from the University of Wales college of Cardiff in 1996; LL.M. from Bar Ilan University, Israel, in 1999; EMBA from the Israeli College of Management and City of NY University, Baruch College in 2009. Mr. Berman was admitted to practice law in Israel in 1998.
Mr. Berman is a registered Notary and he is fluent in Hebrew and English.
Orna Berman

Ms. Berman is a partner in Gilad Berman law firm. Prior to joining the firm she acquired many years of experience in leading Insurance companies in Israel. Ms. Berman was the head of the Personal Injury claims department in one of the leading insurance companies in Israel. Ms. Berman specializes in insurance law, personal injuries , property damage, medical negligence, national insurance claims, consumer law mega torts events.
Ms. Berman is acting for a number of well-known international clients, including and insurance companies, local municipalities, as well as for government institutions in Israel.
Born in Tel-Aviv, Israel, Ms. Berman received her LL.B. from the University of Wales college of Cardiff in 1996; LL.M. from Bar Ilan University, Israel, in 2001. Ms. Berman was admitted to practice law in Israel in 1998. Ms. Berman is fluent in Hebrew and English.
